How to deal with Tipsy pony

  • Step 1 Inquiry

    You can call, email, or fill out the form at the bottom of the home page.

  • Step 2 Proposal

    We will give you a call once we receive your information within 3 days (during our busy season). This will take 15 -25 min. By the end of the call, you will have a full quote and a copy emailed to you. There is a small deposit to hold your date.

  • Step 3 Contract

    Pick your bar. Make your deposit and sign your contract. We will send through Zoho Sign.

  • Step 4 Review Call

    The Finals For Your Event - The Thursday 2 weeks prior to your event we will review all details to ensure we don’t miss anything the day of. At this time, we will need a final headcount and final payment.

  • Step 5 Final Headcount

    It’s Show Time! We will arrive 1 hr. prior to bar service opening. If we will need to be earlier this needs to be discussed no later than the day of final payment.

  • Event Day

    We show up to your event 1 hour prior to your event. Any additional time for setup or earlier arrival will need to be discussed in step 4.
