Tipsy Pony Party Bar loves their brides, grooms, families & corporate friends. We love to be a part of your events and special celebrations. We will schedule a consultation to find your vision for your special day. You may have a specific vision in mind or a theme with specialty drinks? We’ll help create your perfect bar experience.


We have done events from 30 people to 4,000 people. It’s our job to help take the stress off you and work with your coordinators on this. If you don’t have a coordinator let us know and we can help with parts of this for you. We thrive in helping execute your events. There are 5 bar options to ensure we can provide inside or outside and prepare for whatever mother nature throws at us. While we have several drink packages, we are happy to create a custom bar package just for you.

The Tipsy Pony was such a hit at my wedding! The owners were helpful from the very start making sure I had everything I needed for a successful bar. Their knowledge and friendliness. My wedding guests thought the bar was such a fun addition to our reception. Maybe most importantly the service was affordable and I didn’t have to do any extra work. If you’re looking for a unique bar to add a little flair to your wedding (or really any other party!!!) you need the Tipsy Pony!! Cannot recommend them enough.

We wanted a bar truck at our small wedding and found Tipsy Pony Party Bar through The Knot-and I am SO glad we found them!!! Nicole was an absolute pleasure to talk with right off the bat, and I knew we would be in great hands. She is so understanding of what it's like to plan a wedding -the stress and the excitement- and was dedicated to doing everything she could to make sure our event was exactly what we dreamed it would be. I was so touched by the level of care and service she and her husband provided to us. Truly exceptional! The bar itself was adorable and a perfect fit for our venue and theme. Rob was our bartender, and he was so fun and friendly. And the drinks? DELICIOUS!!! They make all their own simple syrups and WOW! Everything we tasted was SO good-expertly crafted and mixed, and we heard lots of great feedback from our guests as well. (Apparently the "Tipsy Pony" drink that gives the company its name is dangerously good! I am going to have to try it next time!) Nicole and Rob were also super creative as they helped us come up with some special “signature cocktails" for our event. They really went above and beyond for us. We can't wait until we can host/attend another event with TPPB! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Tipsy pony did our reception at Quail Ridge this weekend. The drinks were yummy and the service superb! Such a fun added touch for any event!

We hired tipsy pony bar for our wedding and so glad we did! Our bartender Annie was fantastic and kept the drinks flowing. Robbie and Nicole were so helpful from the beginning to the end. The bar was so cute and well stocked. We were even able to get a bottle of champagne last minute for just me and the groom. 10/10!!

WOW! Our wedding would not have been what it was without Tipsy Pony Party Bar! The bartenders were amazing all night and went the extra mile making sure the drinks were perfect! One bartender was toasting the rinds and the head bartender made sure me (the bride) and the groom always had a drink in our hands. She was like a fairy godmother! The pony bar outside of the Missouri History Museum looked incredible and elevated the experience. Robbie went above and beyond for us and made sure that we were able to have the wedding of our dreams for a wonderful cost! My only word of caution: if you hire Robbie as your bartender, you need to be clear about what you need. Robbie will make sure you have what you need and want but you need to follow-up and know what your guests want. I am specifically talking about our signature cocktails. I came up with recipes and he was able to make sure we had everything we needed for that recipe. He is no nonsense but that is what I loved about him, you knew what your cost was and what that included. I can't wait to hire them again!

Tipsy Pony Party bar was awesome and super easy to work with. We hired them for a work event in our office space. The drinks were great, and Nicole even brought homemade lemonade for our event. She did a great job talking to our guests and making sure everyone was having a good time. She brought everything with her, so we didn't need to worry about preparing anything for our event. They made the planning so easy!
