How do I hire The Tipsy Pony Party Bar?

First, contact us! Email us through our contact page with the date of your event, estimated guest count, and beverage service needed.

Once we confirm that the date is still available, we send over a quote. A non-refundable deposit will be required to officially book your date. Contact us to secure your date.


*Please note that if your event date on our calendar is empty, that DOES NOT constitute as confirmation that the trailer is available.

Can The Tipsy Pony Party Bar travel anywhere?

Almost! We need to have enough room to park, and there must be plenty of room for both the truck and trailer to pull through and/or turn around. It is not necessary, but preferred that sufficient electricity is provided.

Always contact your venue to check their rules on drive up mobile bars. If permits are needed for The Tipsy Pony Party Bar to be present at the chosen location, it is up to the client to provide the permit.

How far does The Tipsy Party Bar travel?

We service the Metro St. Louis area, which includes St. Louis County and City, St. Charles County, and some of Southern Illinois, from Edwardsville to O’Fallon.

All packages include 30 miles of travel from our location in West St. Louis County. There will be an additional charge for every mile after that.

How many bartenders can be provided per event?

The number of bartenders needed for an event depends on the number of guests you plan to accommodate and the bar service you need. Typically, if you are hosting more than 75 guests, it will take two bartenders for your event.

What’s the cost to hire the Tipsy Pony Party Bar?

After we confirm that your date is available, we will need to know the following details:

• The location of your event

• The number of guests you estimate to host

• What kind of bar selection you will be choosing

• How many bartenders needed

The details listed above determine the price. 30 miles of travel (each way) is always included. Any additional miles after that are charged to the client at a minimal cost.

If the client is in need of paper/plastic goods for their event, The Tipsy Pony Party Bar can provide plastic cups, cocktail napkins, and straws for a small service charge. Ice is always included.


**All events have a four hour minimum and please note that all credit/debit card charges are subject to a handling fee. Call 314.322.1812 for accurate pricing.

What is the bartender’s attire?

We have no specific uniforms. If you have a theme and would like our bartenders to dress appropriately, just let us know.

Is The Tipsy Party Bar insured?

Yes we are! We can provide copies of our documents upon request. We will ad any venue as an additional insured to our policy at no cost.

Can we decorate the trailer to match the decorat our event?

ABSOLUTELY! However, decorations cannot include fire, nails, glue, or objects that will damage the trailer. Otherwise, have fun with it. It’s your party!!! Candles are great.

When you are ready to reserve, here’s what you do:

Send us some details and we will send over a contract and invoice. For the deposit, we accept check, cash or credit cards. Remember, all credit card payments are subject to a handling fee.
