Yes, we can do a cash bar. Depending on the event and number of guests will determine your minimum. If you don’t hit the minimum, you will be responsible for the difference.

We’re located in Wentzville, MO. We have traveled up to 2 hours away. Anything over 45 min will have a travel fee depending on the gas prices at that time.

Our horse trailers need to be on as flat of ground to ensure things are not falling off the bar. Clear access around the trailer for set-up & tear down. If we need electricity and we’re unable to have access, we can add a generator to your package. Our other bars if going inside we just need a clear path to ensure we can get in and out without disturbing anything in your home or business.

Dates during our busy season book up anywhere from a year and some 2 years in advance bookings. There is always a chance of someone cancelling or moving their date so never count us out. The earlier you book the better chance you have for your date as well as which bar you choose. All bar options are first come first serve.

We’re happy to provide you with a couple places that would be able to handle an online order or a large order when you walk in.
